Rent rolls is a list of all rents under management.
On this module, you will view all rents, due rents, upcoming due rents and expired rents.
To view rent roll click on Rents menu
This will take you to all rent roll page. By default it show list of all actives rents.
The rent roll table shows property, units, tenant, rent start date and rent expiry date (end date)
You can filter by status - active/expired
Filter by property - to all rents in a property
Filter by date - you can search rent roll by date of expiration
