To change the units/apartment annual rental cost, click on Properties menu.
Click on the unit name
This will take you to the list of all property unit managed.
Click on view detail button on the unit/apartment you wish to change the cost.
On this page you will see current rental cost.
Input the new cost and click submit button to save.
